How to order

Please include the following information on your email:

·Your name and surname

·List & Quantity products you would like to order as displayed in the online shop

· Information that should be displayed on customised products (eg Party Invitation Information if a customised Invitation is ordered)

·Your email address

· Your contact telephone number

·Any special note, request or question you might have

On receipt of your order, we will create an invoice pertaining your specific order. Please note that orders will only be processed and

manufactured after payment has been received.

ORDER TURN AROUND TIME

Orders take between 48 hours and 14 days to complete. (We do our best to have it done as quickly as possible!)

DELIVERY

Some of the products are in PDF format that will be emailed to you so that you can print it at your own convenience. The products that are printed by us will be posted to you and the postage charge will be added to your invoice.
